Renting a Car
Arrange car rental with your travel agent or directly with a rental car company before you leave home; it can be much cheaper. Otherwise there are desks in airports and major railroad stations for most major car rental companies.
Driving all the way from the UK.
Unless you live on the south coast of England, we would suggest taking a couple of days to drive down to Sablet. From our part of the Midlands it is nearly 900 miles. We usually stop in the Dijon area on the way down and can recommend some hotels if required. With all the toll roads it's not the most cost effective ways to get there, compared with flying and renting a car, unless you are going for 2 weeks or more.
